Our On Site Promises
Sanitary:
We provide a Portaloo on all projects spanning a minimum duration of a week.
Clean and Tidy:
We aim to keep our sites clean and tidy throughout the duration of the works, although we do limit ourselves to using water once on every project for environmental reasons, this will be the final clean up. We don’t tolerate littering. We spend particular care tidying the site for the weekend should your project run over a weekend. At the end of every project, we will always power wash the site.
Health and Safety:
We aim to keep a safe site throughout the works. This may endure closing of areas of your property if necessary. We will always leave you safe access to your home throughout the duration of the project. We will conduct a provide a risk assessment for every project that we will attach to your quotation. Our staff are equipped with an on board first aid kits, we do also have a first aid kits within our welfare unit.
Client communication:
We promise to obtain politeness and respectfulness. We promise to make ourselves available and approachable throughout the project. We don’t tolerate swearing or shouting on the job site. We will treat neighbours and passersby with the same qualities. My staff are trained to treat rude individuals with professional etiquette.
Employee Code of Conduct:
All staff are representative of RedOakes. They are to adherence to our company values. All staff are trained and competent. All team members will be in uniform. They are to be polite and respectful.
Responsibilities:
RedOakes takes full responsibility for the area(s) or access areas we commandeer during the works. Should the rare scenario something gets damaged occur we will rectify the issue at the end of works, eliminating and risk of damaging again.
Environmental Policy
We are conscious of our carbon footprint, although we do run a lot of diesel driven machines (for now) but they are efficient and effective. We are extremely conscious of the waste we produce. We promote sustainable landscaping practices. We try to use environmentally friendly products and materials where necessary. We aim minimise water usage and conserve resources. We aim to minimise our waste materials, and spoil, packaging etc. All waste materials are recycled. We are registered waste carriers with the environmental agency.
We take many actions to reduce our carbon footprint when handling materials. We will make on site revisions to benefit our carbon footprint. We will minimise any disruption to surrounding grounds on untouched part of your property to prevent any adverse impacts on wildlife.
We promote any consideration to the wildlife.
Procedures
Although we aim to have maintain tenured employees, especially our higher members of staff. We have previously experienced short-term employees especially trainee staff members which may be undergoing company promises training, however if any of RedOakes staff isn’t fulfilling the promises outlined above when working at your property, please report any incidents to the director. We will deal with all complaints anonymously and directly to maintain our promises.
